Our Life-Time Warranty excludes coverage for sterling silver jewelry, wear and tear and/or physical abuse, loss of precious and semi-precious stones, neck chain breakage, loss of item and theft. Improper repair performed by someone other than Laura Preshong will void this warranty. We recommend the purchase of independent insurance for all of your precious jewelry. Insurance will help recover significant damage, loss, or theft. Most large diamonds purchased through Laura Preshong include a free one year gem insurance policy, please read the policy as it arrives for full limitations and details.

Sterling Silver jewelry is warrantied for one year from date of purchase against manufacturing defects. If you experience a problem with your purchase due to manufacturing, please contact us so that we may evaluate the damage and repair. If your merchandise is damaged due to a manufacturer defect, Laura Preshong will repair or replace the item without charge.
